Please read the following terms of use and transaction carefully. Both the use and browsing of our website as well as the purchase of products through our online store, imply that you accept all the terms and conditions that follow. The company "Zacharias Vrelianakis" has the right to change the following terms and conditions without notice. These changes are binding and will apply from the moment of their publication on our website. For this reason, we recommend that you read our terms and conditions regularly, or before each purchase.

Contract

Before completing the purchase of the products, you will be able to check all the personal information you have filled in (including your name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, etc.), see all the products you have in your cart and to be informed of their final price, including VAT (for Greece and EU) and without VAT and import tariff,  for the rest of the world. At this stage you can make any changes you like. In the next stage, after you have filled out the order form and pressed the order completion button, you are essentially making a binding offer to purchase our products. By pressing the final order completion button, your offer is accepted and our contract will be completed, once your payment is approved, by delivering the products to you, depending on the method you have chosen, either by post or by collection from the our premises.

Transaction security with credit/debit card / Paypal

The security of your transactions is very important to us, and for this reason we have chosen the safest way to charge your card (credit/debit), if you choose this payment method or through Paypal. The payment is made at the final stage, either with your card and the mediation of the ... bank, which ensures the security of your payments, or through Paypal. After choosing the products you want from our online store and the payment method, you will be automatically transferred to the secure website of ... bank, where you will have to enter your card details or you will be asked to complete your transaction via Paypal . We clarify that our company does not have access to your card or Paypal account details, but is simply notified by the bank or Paypal by email of the approval or non-approval of your card charge / payment.

Return Policy

Return of Defective Product

We always try to be accurate about the condition of the products we stock. To describe the condition of the products we use the standards used by major platforms that you will find it at the end of the page.*

However, there are cases where we do not have the ability to control the product (for example but not limited: if it is sealed, if the problem is not visible/apparent, if the problem is related to the production/distribution, etc.). Product Return – Right of withdrawal

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, provided that the product and its packaging are returned to us, intact, accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction.

It is also noted that all shipping costs, both of the original shipment and of the return, are borne by the customer. The return will be accepted only after checking the returned product. If the above conditions are not met, returns will not be accepted. Especially in the case of a new/sealed product, its packaging must not have been opened, tampered with, worn, altered or damaged and the product must be in its original condition.
