Shipping Terms

Hello and welcome to our shop.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. 
 
 We ship from Athens, Greece.  We usually ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, so a 4-5 day interval between payment and shipment is possible. Tracking number provided within 24 hours after shipping. Please note that although we usually ship twice each week, sometimes we are forced to ship only once, either on Tuesday or Friday.

Please note that the shipping price includes P&P.

We ship in sturdy carton box and bubble wrapping. Some CDs are send in thick protective envelops. Registered, Priority A mail only.

Buyer is responsible for paying shipping and for their country's import charges, if any.  If you have any sort of problem with payment, please let us know on time, we are quite reasonable and understanding and we will sort it out. Due to new COVID restrictions, shipping times might be longer than usual. We usually ship twice each week, but most parts of the shipping procedure are beyond our control. Note that in the majority of cases, shipping times are the same or only slightly longer than usual. In some rare cases, outside the EU, it sometimes takes 2-5 weeks more than usual, depending on the mail-carrying commercial flights available to each destination country and custom inspections. We are sorry about that. If you can't wait that long, we advise you to refrain from placing an order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 Worldwide shipment for 12’’ vinyl records *:
 For 1 X 12" record registered : 12.50 euros (up to 499gr)
 For 2-3 X 12’’ records registered: 17.00 euros (from 500gr up to 999 gr)
 For 4-7 X 12’’ records registered: 28.00 euros (from 1000gr up to 1999 gr)
 
 Worldwide shipment for 7’’ singles or CDs *:
 For 1 X CD or 7'' single registered: 9.00 euros (up to 249gr)
 For 2-3 X 7’’ single or CD registered: 12.50 euros (from 250gr up to 499gr)
 For 4-8 X 7’’ single or CD registered: 17.00 euros (from 500gr up to 999 gr)
 For 9-15 X 7’’ single or CD registered: 28.00 euros (from 1000gr up to 1999 gr)
 
 For 1-3 Cassette Tapes registered : 12.50 Euros
 
 *For packages over 2 kg (approximately more than 7 X 12'' vinyl records or more than 15 X 7’’ singles or CDs ) the standard shipping cost stated above does NOT apply, so please ask for shipping quote, before placing an order.
 
 For any questions and inquiries, details about listings and extra photos of items (please provide an email for photos), feel free to ask. We usually reply within 3 working days.
 
Unfortunately we can ΝΟΤ provide any audio snippets of the records-CDs-tapes we have for sale.
 
 We are also a B&M store and, in rare cases, items may be already sold through the store and not removed from the system in time.
 
 Last but not least: Standard Jewel Cases are not graded as they are replaceable, so since we are also a B&M store, jewel cases may be slightly cracked, have scuffs, stickers, price tags and security patches.
 
 We can remove the CD - jewel cases, upon request, for reduced shipping cost. Please let us now with a note on the order page.
